How to contact FilinLab

For app support, bug reports, privacy questions, data-related requests, or general company inquiries, contact FilinLab by email or phone.

Support messages are reviewed as soon as possible. Most non-urgent requests should receive a reply within two to three business days. Urgent app access or privacy requests should include "App support" or "Privacy request" in the email subject.

What to include

  • The app name and version, if your question is about an app.
  • Your device model and operating system version.
  • A short description of the issue or request.
  • Screenshots only if they help explain the problem.

Privacy and data requests

Privacy-related questions can be sent to the same support email. FilinLab will use the information you provide only to understand and respond to your request.
